TEAM OF ELDERS

Wellspring is led by a team of elders who oversee the church. As a team, we always seek consensus on every decision and hold one another accountable to living a life worthy of the Gospel.

  • Dustin Aguilar

    LEAD PASTOR/ELDER

    Dustin has been the Lead Pastor since December 2021. He’s been married to Tina since 2010, and together they have two kids: Abigail and Aaron.

    Dustin is a husband, father, preacher, dancer, beatboxer, rapper, writer… sometimes all at once.

  • Ray DeBord

    ELDER

    Ray DeBord was a founding member of Wellspring and has faithfully served as an elder since 2013. He has been married to Diana since 1963, and together, they have two children, Nathan and Pam.

    Ray spent his career as a high school basketball coach before retiring, and his favorite ministry activity is serving with Kairos Prison Ministry.

  • Joe Weeks

    ELDER

    Joe Weeks has served as an elder at Wellspring since 2008. He’s been married to Christina since 2006, and together they have two daughters, Gracie and Ava.

    Joe works full-time in product strategy for a data analytics company. In his free time, he enjoys relaxing by the fire in the backyard, learning about AI, and spending quality time with his girls.

  • Douglas Coco

    ELDER

    Douglas Coco has served as an elder at Wellspring since 2015. He’s been married to Melissa since 1994, and together they have three children: Ethan, Cara, and Mikayla.

    Douglas works full-time overseeing IT engineers. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, airsoft, and cooking.

  • Glen Campbell

    ELDER IN TRAINING

    Glen and Ronda have been married since 1990 and have been members of Wellspring since 2001.

    They have three adult kids and seven grandkids. Glen loves reading, traveling, and Border Collies.

  • Jammie Ariail

    ELDER IN TRAINING

    Jammie Ariail has been a member since January 2000. He and his wife, Kerry, married in 1999 and have three children: Autumn, Bethany, and Tommy.

    Jammie leads ManChurch, supports men’s groups, and serves on the sound team.

  • Scott Stephens

    ELDER IN TRAINING

    Scott has been married to Cyndi since 1989 and is the proud dad of three—Nate, Katherine, and Thomas—and “Pops” to two grandchildren, Esther and Andrew. He’s been a member of Wellspring since 2013.

    A lifelong soccer player and Real Madrid fan, Scott considers himself a missionary wherever he goes. He serves as a small group leader and is a passionate lover of Jesus.

  • Travis Maxwell

    ELDER IN TRAINING

    Travis has been a member at Wellspring since 2020. He’s been married to Sarah since 2008.

    Travis is a husband, student, equipper, leader of the prophetic team, and culinary explorer.
