LEAD PASTOR/ELDER

Dustin has been the Lead Pastor since December 2021. He’s been married to Tina since 2010, and together they have two kids: Abigail and Aaron.

Dustin is a husband, father, preacher, dancer, beatboxer, rapper, writer… sometimes all at once.

WORSHIP & YOUTH PASTOR

Originally from East Texas, Nathan moved to Denton to study music and English at the University of North Texas.

After college, he remained in Denton, playing in a rock band and serving the homeless community. It was during this time that God called him into worship ministry.

Nathan is married to Meghan, and together they are raising their three beautiful children: Heidi, Auggie, and Caroline.

CHILDREN’S & CONNECTIONS PASTOR

After a powerful encounter with the Lord in 1995, Cyndi and her husband, Scott, devoted their lives and marriage to Jesus; following Him wherever He may lead. This journey took them and their two children to Honduras where they served as missionaries for 5 years.

Cyndi has served with children for over 20 years; beginning as a volunteer leader in Kids Church. She also worked as a school teacher for 11 years.

SMALL GROUPS PASTOR

David has served as the Pastor of Small Groups since the summer of 2020, after previously leading as the Youth and Young Adults Pastor beginning in 2018.

He married his wife, Allison, on November 1, 2020, and they welcomed their daughter, Aldelynn, in February 2025.

David enjoys playing soccer, sipping craft coffee, traveling, and indulging in good food. He’s also an entrepreneur and owns several local businesses.

CHURCH ADMINISTRATOR

Lisa hails from Trinidad and Tobago and is happily married to Miguel. They met in England in 2013 when the Lord called them both to serve as missionaries. They married in 2015, settled in Texas and enjoy raising their son, Ezra.

With over 10 years of administrative management, Lisa prides herself in her service and support role as Church Administrator since December 2023.

She enjoys baking, traveling and hosting friends and family.

ASSOCIATE YOUTH PASTOR

Hunter has been a member of Wellspring since April of 2018, where he started off as a volunteer youth leader. He later stepped into his role as Associate Youth Pastor in August of 2020.

Besides helping pastor the youth, he also has a passion for missions and helping oversee the Sunday morning Ministry Teams.

WORSHIP & VIDEO DIRECTOR

Stacey has been a member of Wellspring since the summer of 2005 and has actively participated in the worship team since 2007.

Her involvement has spanned various areas of worship, including the youth-led children's band, the Youth worship team, and the main Sunday-morning worship team. In December 2017, she took on the role of Worship Director.

WORSHIP & YOUTH ASSISTANT / SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR

Caroline has been a member of Wellspring since birth. She started serving in the children's ministry and has been involved in different areas of the worship ministry since 2016.

In 2021, she became a worship intern and Social Media Director, and in 2022, she took on the role of Worship and Youth assistant.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Katie is gifted in serving. She is always ready to jump in and get it done.

Katie started going to Wellspring at 17 and knows all the secret passageways. She is married to Nate, and their two beautiful kids keep her busy!
