Mid Cities Women’s Clinic 2025 EOY Update

MINISTRY: Mid Cities Women’s Clinic | Bedford & Haslet, TX

MINISTRY PURPOSE: Support women & their families along their pregnancy journey to choose life and have a healthy launch into parenthood.

TESTIMONY:
In October a member’s brunch was being held at the Haslet location where a woman who previously received services with MCWC was planning to join to share her powerful testimony—how she chose to continue her pregnancy and the unwavering support she has received from Mid-Cities Women’s Clinic. But that morning, the unexpected happened; she walked outside to find all four tires on her car completely flat, leaving her unable to attend. Though she couldn’t be there in person, her story was still shared, and it moved the room deeply. The President of MCWC, shared that often the board will have funds set aside to help these women get beyond their current pregnancy, providing support throughout the child’s life. By the end of the brunch, generosity poured in and the woman was able to purchase all four brand-new tires!

KNOW:
A HUGE praise for MCWC is that a nurse practitioner was recently hired!
This opens the door for readily accessible prenatal care at MCWC now including first trimester.

Recently MCWC came to terms with Tarrant County College (TCC) to have their mobile unit provide services to men and women at their northern campus starting in Spring of this year.

MCWC is also hoping to build up their Man to Man program with the goal of establishing coverage at both Haslet and Euless clinics for every shift.

PRAY:

• Pray that North TCC campus will find favor with the mobile unit and that MCWC will be able to expand to all four TCC campuses.

• Pray that with the hire of the nurse practitioner, it paves the way for opportunity of more prenatal care for women.

• Pray that the Man to Man program will continue to grow so that the men in the women’s lives will also know Jesus and support the women in keeping the pregnancy and be a presence in the child’s life.
