Our Mission: To train & equip 4^th, 5^th & 6^th grader leaders in all areas of ministry from technical to theatrical to spiritual, according to their interests & using their God-given gifts, talents & abilities.

Our Vision: To empower and release 4^th, 5^th & 6^th grader leaders to practice their gifts in a safe, encouraging environment with feedback on their progress, so that they may become confident leaders and trainers of their generation.

Our Process:

1. To be identified as a one who is walking in the standards set for all EMT members and recommended to receive an invitation for training.  EMT candidates can be recommended by a member or leader of EMT.

2. To be invited to meet individually with the children’s pastor.

3. To talk with his/her parent’s and fill out the required paperwork.

4. To attend EMT for a month before being released into the active service as a team member.

Standards for EMT

*Have a friendship with Jesus.

*Know when it’s appropriate to be serious & when it’s okay to goof off.

*Speak words of life. (no coarse joking or negative words).

*Be patient & seeking all of the other fruits of the Spirit.

*Be honest & trustworthy.

*Be humble with a servant’s heart.

*Always participate with enthusiasm!

*Follow the 10 Commandments.

*Always treat each others with honor.
